Natural colorant derived from turmeric (curcumin powder / food natural coloring agent)

Natural turmeric pigment. It has a vivid orange-yellow color, excellent coloring power, outstanding heat stability, and is ideal for a wide range of food applications other than water-soluble.

This product, "Turmeric / Curcumin Powder," is a natural yellow pigment extracted and refined from the rhizome of the ginger family plant turmeric (Curcuma longa L.). The crystalline powder is orange-yellow, has a distinctive aroma, and possesses fat-soluble properties. Its melting point is 183°C, demonstrating excellent thermal stability during processing, making it suitable for use as a safe and non-toxic food coloring. Curcumin is easily soluble in glacial acetic acid, ethyl acetate, and alkaline solutions, and is also soluble in 95% ethanol and propylene glycol, but is insoluble in water. It has a vibrant color and high coloring power, making it applicable in a wide range of food sectors, including candies, ice cream, carbonated beverages, jelly, chewing gum, frozen drinks, bread dough, batter, frying powder, seasonings, and bakery products. Using contract-farmed turmeric equivalent to approximately 60,000 mu, we ensure pesticide-free and contamination-free management. We guarantee high quality from the raw material stage. The manufacturing process complies with international standards such as ISO9001, FSSC22000, FDA registration, organic certification, HALAL, and Kosher, and has a proven track record with food manufacturers both domestically and internationally, as well as in OEM/ODM projects.

Red flower-derived natural pigment (yellow flavonoid glycoside / food-grade natural coloring agent)

Natural safflower-derived yellow flavonoid pigment. It is water-soluble, stable under acidic conditions, and ideal for food, beverages, and cosmetics, with a vibrant yellow to brownish-yellow color.

This product, "Safflower Yellow," is a natural food coloring extracted and refined from the petals of safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.), a plant in the Asteraceae family. The main coloring component is yellow flavonoid glycosides, and the product is available as a yellow to brownish-yellow powder that dissolves in water and ethanol solutions. It is insoluble in acetone and fats. This product has a characteristic safflower scent, vibrant and high coloring power, and excellent light and heat resistance. Under acidic conditions, the aqueous solution exhibits a stable yellow color, and it has the property of not easily changing color during food processing. For food applications, it can be used in a wide range of fields including alcoholic beverages, tea drinks, high-end confections, noodles, candies, canned goods, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. As a safe food coloring derived from natural sources, it is also suitable for clean label and organic foods. Using approximately 60,000 mu of contract-grown safflower, we maintain a pesticide-free and uncontaminated management system, ensuring high quality from the raw material stage. The manufacturing process complies with international standards such as ISO9001, FSSC22000, FDA registration, organic certification, HALAL, and Kosher, and has a proven track record with domestic and international food manufacturers as well as OEM/ODM projects.
